Your installation partner for challenging construction projects
You plan. We’ll take care of the installation.
AS Bau Montage GmbH specialises in carrying out technical installation work. We support construction firms, main contractors and technical building services contractors on construction projects of various scales.
Our clients can entrust us with individual installation phases, a complete trade or several coordinated areas of work. We undertake the agreed scope of work independently and carry out the work on site to a professional standard – based on the project documentation and in consultation with the site management.
From commissioning to completion
To ensure that a construction phase progresses reliably, the work on site must be in line with the project and coordinate with the other trades. This is precisely where we take responsibility within the agreed installation area.
We prepare our work in line with the contract, carry out the installation in accordance with the project specifications and coordinate interfaces with the site management and the other contractors involved. This provides the client with an installation partner to whom they can entrust a clearly defined scope of work.
Our areas of installation
AS Bau specialises in electrical installation, ventilation systems, pipework, as well as heating, plumbing, refrigeration and air conditioning.
Depending on the project, we undertake individual tasks or combine several of these areas of installation in a coordinated operation. It is crucial that the agreed scope of work is clear and is professionally integrated into the construction process.
Projects in Northern Germany and beyond
Our main focus is on Northern Germany. We undertake projects in other regions of Germany following individual consultation.
Whether it is a single installation phase or multiple trades: we tailor our approach to the requirements of the construction project and the agreed scope of work.
